Renewal

Pricing plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your pricing plan renewal at any time through your account settings page.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
To attempt to impersonate StudyFRCEM, a StudyFRCEM employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StudyFRCEM and its licensors.

Our questions, explanations, and educational materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StudyFRCEM.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StudyFRCEM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
